kurus lar engko..abracadabra..

not again!!!!!!


hOhO..again..i wanna diet..
ish..nk diet jer..tp kurusnya x..
kaki besO gak kan b..
klo hempap b cnfirm jd cngkodok penyek..
~slurp~ yummy..feeling lyke wanna eat cengkodok..
cengkodok..cengkodok..jemput pisang..
arghhh..diet lar gergasi woii..


okey..lets focus..
yeah..although i'm soOO lucky to have unchOosy hubby,
i still (compulsory!) need to diet..
isyh..xmalu ker peha sama berat dgn entire body b??


5reasons why i need to diet..
1) bcoz i luv b damn much..
wanna be next anna raffali..
2)i wanna be comey so dat i can be wif him..
orunk pon xkn ckp kitorunk beauty n da beast..
3)coz i really wanna b to lift me up one day..bwahaha,,nk dukung cm lam cerita korea..
4)wanna be damn sexy for my b.. can fit sexy lingerie..
5)wanna b da prettiest gurl in b' life..so that he wont find another gurl..he is toO hot..i'm afraid sumOne better will take him from me..i don't want!



steps must be taken to make ya hubby stick wif u
1)monin: tea,air suam,
2)exercise: pocho pocho ker..or else exercise atas katil..kuak lentang is quite gOod much..
3) siram pokok,house chores( vacuum carpet, watering plant n blabla)
4) jage reload..(aktifkn bdn..jgn buat lemak jer)
5) mkn skali sehari..
6)hisap rokok 20kotak sehari (er..yg nie tipu jer jgn maraa)
7)ptg: exrcise again..skipping..at least 20ox
8)sblom tdow sit up at least 10x


say no to these things
1) no ice! no cold beverage.. bye peti sejuk..selamat dicmpak ke laut..
2)no rice..buang smua beras kt umah..bkr swah padi..fired petani..xpon apply jd PM lpstue haramkn petani kt malaysia
3)ayam..chick..chick..chicken..p shaolin pon xpe..blaja jd vegitarian
4)no cake..no bscuit..no choc... no cik mak..abg rol..bye ek(lemak n chlstrol)
5)no kfc..mcd..pizza n blabla.waaa..
6) no comic..gempak..kreko..sob..sob..ok..no texting b..waaaaaaaa..cancel!! cancel!! pe kaitan diet dgn xbley texting b..waaaa(tba2 rase kurang 10kg coz nangeh byk sgt)


menu:


1)oat ok..
2) air limau nipis n asam keping
3) maggi?? whut?????
4) roti juz 2kpg
5)tomato
6) porridge n egg juz 1day per week
7) fish..fish..vegie..vegie
8)supplement
9) puasa


before diet
